I started a cleanse today. Its for 5 days and im looking forward to positive results. I went shopping yesterday for some nuts and berries as it were. Eating healthier is not cheap! Well today is my first day and I'm nervous because I can't see how I am going to get the protein I need in my cleanse but it's only for a week so we shall see.
