had insecinal hernia repair on the 12 when I went in that morning I was 314.6 that sunday I weight 330!! I knew it was from the swelling and water retention but I did eat bad choices and on the 26th I truly weighed 328.6
started better over the weekend and apparently was retaining some fluid because sunday I couldn't stay out of the bathroom it was like the last 2 and half weeks of liquids I drank decided to come all come out that day!
