145.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you CatHerder! I've never done the Atkins diet before - seems like I lose a couple pounds then I go a week or so and the scale doesn't budge. But if I look at my overall weight loss for the last 8 weeks, I guess I am happy with it :)

I'm on keto, very similar to Adkins and I see the same thing. Usually if I red adjust my for things start moving again, like if I completely cut out dairy for a week or so.
