What the...? I averaged a 1200 calorie deficit for the week, and I GAIN three pounds. F-that!

Could be water. How is the salt intake? Chips, processed foods, canned foods, and cheese all are high in salt. Alcohol and pop can cause you to retain too. And 3 pounds isn't much in a week. Stay the course. :)
