A gain of 1.8 pounds. Frustrated. My weight always sticks around here. I'm going to lower my calories to a max of 1500, and eat Atkins products only every other day instead of every day. This past week my calories averaged 1832 per day. And I had a few days where I ate salted nuts that I hadn't added into the carb ladder yet. So no more of those. And I'm adding the gym/elliptical back in 3x a week. If I don't lose this week I'm not sure what I'll do. Sigh.
