I started Weight Watchers at Work today. The bad thing about it is that I have already weighed in for fat secret the first thing in the morning, however my Weight Watchers weigh-in is at noon fully clothed; plus my staring weight does not take into account the fact that I have already lost 13.5 lbs.prior to officially joining W.W.

The good news is that I will be getting and giving support to another community (my work friends) and we will be able to keep each other charged and on track.
