Yesterday I rode bike and wasn't particularly hungry. I didn't consume all my WW points. In fact I only consumed about 1/2 of the points.
Today I am still not really hungry. I ate some cereal to sustain me and fuel me for the bike ride. I'm determined to get me and the bike trailer with 94 pounds of kiddos in it up the blasted hill!
I'm still working towards my goal of 223 at my next weigh in!
