a great day ….very tough exercise day. hard squash and great run wrapped with some solid stair master. ate well …much fruit and veggies. all very good . onward and upward. it is not about the exercise though it is always about what we put in our mouth. eating is the most important thing that we do.
190.9 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 11.9 lb a week
