This was a small loss week, but every little bit helps. I have 44 pounds to go which sounds much better than 66 pounds for sure. I missed quite a few exercise days last week, but I'm back on schedule for this week. I've also started weight training, so I think my muscles are holding more water right now trying to heal. I was in such a bad mood yesterday, but within 5 minutes at the gym I was feeling so much better. I think it is a combo of the music I listen to and the exercise helping with the stress. I even slept much better last night.
