9st 12 (1 on at WW) My weigh in was a bit disappointing, a bit under half a pound loss, but I hadn't been to the loo first lol!! But I've been so good this week that I thought even without the loo I'd show a loss of a pound, but no such luck! I think I feel thinner anyway so perhaps I've just toned lol. The pound on at WW was totally undeserved as well, I'm still not convinced that the scales aren't affected by the temperature but now the hall is warmer hopefully they'll start being consistent again. The key is not to let it put me off, I'm just going to keep plugging away at it, the bounts is really motivating me too :-)
138.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
