Trying to cut down on sugar and carbohydrates. I look thin, but I'm not very healthy and I need to strengthen my teeth. Bacteria feeds on carbs and releases enamel-eating acids. My mouth is suffering on account of bad habits.
Looking for low-carb, low-sugar foods.
I need to research more of what I can eat instead, rather than what I can't.
