Had a goal after last weeks weigh-in (233 - 0 pounds lost) to get to 230. it would have been a 3 pound loss. I added some very minor calisthenics, 25 jumping jacks and 25 sit ups ( more like crunches) and instead of time on the elliptical I do .5 miles in the am and 1 mile in the evening. weighed in this morning and it 229.5! I am super pumped! so for the year I have lost 10 pounds. My goal is to get to 200.
