Day 3 of the 16:8 fasting diet plan. Hitting .5 grams of fat per lb body weight, 1 gram of carbs, and 1.5 - 2 grams of protein at about 3300 calories from clean food per day (any more and I may feel nauseous).
Woke up again this morning with tons of energy and worked out legs (squats, deadlifts, leg press, extensions, curls) while in a fasted state. Felt great! I think the body enjoys the break from digesting food all hours of the day and night. Feeling the results, I'll report whether I see results in a week or so.
