Cardio: Elliptical

Pulled a sample of my cider last night to check the %ABV the specific gravity was .998; which puts it right around 6%. There's still a bit of residual sugar in there though. If the yeast had converted all of the sugar, the specific gravity would be right around .980. I filtered the sample and gave it a taste. Fantastic! It has a nice "golden delicious apple" color to it and is semi-dry with just a little bit of sweetness. Which means that adding the honey for priming will not make it overly sweet.

10 days left in my current plan, and then I have to figure out if I want to lower my weight goal or not....160 lbs? not sure when I was there last...Elementary school, maybe?

I get tired just looking at your workout lol. You are making me interested in trying to brew the hard cider though. I make lots of other things and sounds like a nice treat for company. I don't know what your height is but 160 seems low? Especially if you are fairly ripped?

Cider is fantastic! And brewing it yourself eliminates all of the chemicals that are used in the commercial process. I am 5'10" and have a very small bone structure (can touch my thumb to my pinky around my wrist)so, even though I am fairly muscular, 160 will get me to the 10-12% body fat range.

I am a big believer in adjusting goals so I would if it's realistic.

How many days a week you perform this workout? What's your caloric intake? Must be 3000-4000?

I lift like this 4 days per week. 2400-2700 cals depending on my energy levels. High carb low fat on lifting days and LCHF on rest days. This is a short-term cut.

That is the FPS (floating processing station) ThunderHawk. An oil/gas Rig that I used to deliver supplies to when I was an Engineer for Hornbeck Offshore on the HMS Brimstone. Its in the gulf of Mexico off the coast of Louisiana on Thunder Ridge. The Anchor cables are 7000 feet long and its 6000 feet to the bottom where she floats.
