Hi Everyone! Well I've tried other websites to help monitor my food intake etc... but they just seem to overwhelming! I want to lose around 49 pounds,I hope to lose at least 25-35 by the end of October of this year! I am a middle school teacher. I was doing good the past two months, I managed to get my weight down below 225, but this was while school was in session and it was easier to have a set schedule to when I could eat. I've been trying to stay active. I live in south texas and it has been crazy hot! Needless to say, you don't really want to be outside during the day. My town is about to get a Gold's Gym express, so I want to join and start working out there. Let's see how this goes! :)
