Had a coffee and getting ready for a meeting in a few minutes. Planning to repeat my Yoga and exercise stint today and keep it real with my low carb eating. Sleep evaded me last night .... it was fitful again. Not a surprise I guess ... considering the big changes in my professional life. Have a great day all!
