I remember when my son was a baby and he got constipated, the doctor recommended that I give him sugar water. And for many years I forgot about the laxative affect of sugar. 19 years later and I've been processed-sugar free for as long as I've been on FatSecret. Yesterday was an emotionally trying day, so I had Peanutbutter Cap'n Crunch for dinner (stayed within my calorie count for the day). Today, I am being reminded of sugar's laxative effect. UCK! My stomach is so torn up. Thank goodness I chose to work from home today as I am in great need of being close to a bathroom. OK, lesson learned...and moving on.
On a side note, I find that I haven't been as socially active on FS since I got my new smartphone. (Windows Phone 7) And I freakin' love the mobile app for FatSecret. It is so great! But I do miss the social aspect of FS.
