We'd I weighed 150.0 and Thursday 150.4 and Friday 150.8 so I am gaining because of not enough calories. Time to switch it up,
150.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
