Interesting. In carbo-load mode for tomorow's Half Marathon. For five days, I've been consuming an average of 140% of my RDI and doing no exercise at all. Not gaining weight, but holding steady.

I've been losing weight much faster than the 1 lb/wk predicted at this RDI, so the RDI must be a bit off. Still...I haven't felt weak in any way, nor all that hungry, so after the Half, I'll resume the RDI of 2100 a day.
177.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
