Winter is always hard. Yeah put a lot on in a couple of months but this is me still about 20lb from the peak I got to since my last weigh in. I've got a bike now anyway, doing a 7 mile round trip for work five times a week, which is gonna be helpful. Better workout than I was doing at the gym at least. Sick of fluctuating now though, just want to get back down to about 220lb
