Lol...so its so cold outside..didn't feel like eating a cold salad and instead had some chinese food. Steamed rice is a huge carb...ugh. Belly feeling good. Hopefully, I can burn some of this off. Bitterly cold, nice day for some warm food.

Drink lots of water to combat the salt. Warm food is easier when it's so cold out.
