its been really hard to keep from eating all the yummy food at work brought from parents....but stres makes it hard not to....i have 8 weeks to get back in shape during sumer break. i deserve to have the body of my dreams

It is so hard as a teacher, between what the kids have for snack (ours is school provided), the birthday parties, what the parents bring for us, and what other teachers bring in, there is way too much food and goodies. I also have a parent who is so wonderful to us, she brings us yummy coffee and treats from Starbucks. You do deserve to have the body you want and with your focus you will have it in no time.
