For dinner made spaghetti, but used whole grain spaghetti noodles and ground turkey instead of beef. The Mr. didn't seem to notice the switch, it still tasted pretty good (the noodles could have used an extra minute or two on the stove), and I at the very least felt better about it. Plus, I still have some room to play with if I get hungry for a late night snack - which I have been craving pretty consistently the last few days.
