Feeling good since I started on Tuesday, May 31st. Trying to keep the motivation strong. Definitely hard when doing it by yourself.

However, there are times, on the plus side, where I've got a song in my head and I just want to dance to it. Then I have to remember that I'm at work. Doesn't look right when you're looking at someone dancing with no music playing at all.

To those just starting out, it's going to be run and gun at the start. Honestly though, slow and stead please. The weight is going to drop fast the first couple of weeks as long as you're following the right regimen. Keep it moving though. Don't get upset if you're not losing weight like you started. This isn't something that happens overnight. Just think about it. Did you get to where you are just like that? It may seem like you did, but you didn't. Just take a look back on your life and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Stay active, fill your bellies the right way, and stay hydrated. Water is key.
