Soooooooooooooo i went up instead of down!!! what to do??? the first day i thought it was because i ate too much carbs, then next day I stayed away from them as much as I could, and still no results. so what is the problem then?? aggghh

Congratulations. You've lost a very, very nice 14.6 pounds in slightly over 2 weeks! Your body will not continue on that pace - nor would you want it to, truly. That .2-pound uptick is probably due to normal daily fluctuation and I would not be concerned about it at all.

LOL thank you so much Sandy, its just a bit frustrating! I know its normal, and I know that the normal/health rate would be about 2 lbs per WEEK, I know how this works but still just had to vent a lil' LOL!
