newnormal's Journal, 23 February 2015

I know not enough water yesterday is making the number up. I did well yesterday and back to more normal today. Walked 4 miles with Dad on the beach yesterday and a chef salad last night sounded good so I ate half, the other half will be lunch today if it held up in the fridge. Today is Test 2 for math at 10 then normal work day. Dad is already outside (it's 720) raking up leaves in the backyard and we'll get to Lowe's by lunch time for more mulch and pavers to finish up one of the projects he's working on. It's good having him here and my yard has never looked better lol.
