No exercise and poor eating results in weight gain what a surprise
241.4 lb Lost so far: 69.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cheers, I always say losing weight is easy but keeping it off is hard but we all know losing weight isn't really that easy
