Congrats on your fantastic weight loss. Don't blame yourself for the cravings, instead blame the food....I've noticed some of your breakfasts are a bit sugary/carby .... this causes unstable sugar levels hence the cravings. Instead of the oatso easy try and have a good source of protein with veggies and healthy fats to start the day. This will also keep you satiated for many hours and you will find your day a LOT easier. If you really can't imagine life without oats have the one that you make from scratch (not the instant) , no sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon or cumin which will help to keep the blood sugar levels stable. Congrats again on your sterling work, you ought to be very proud of yourself, a little tweaking here and there; and you are well on your way to your goal weight :)

I agree with lowcarbfemmelfit, In the past I went from 150kg down to 95kg but sadly over a period of 8 years went back to 147kg i have always struggled with my weight up and down over the years. I have now lost 7.5 kg and finding it easier to lose weight cutting the suger, carbs and sweetners. My hunger cravings are under control. Dont give up and just remind yourself what you have achieved.

1 more thing I found helps, instead of having rice I grind up cabbage fine and mix in a little peas and corn with aromat, salt and pepper have that with curry"s and stews etc.

Don't give up Mariaan! You're doing so well so few cravings is not the end of the world. The good thing is that you have a dietician who can help you. Maybe it's a case of trying to work in small amounts of the things you're craving so that you don't overdo it - and then your craving is satisfied without you feeling terrible about it. Good luck!

I had the same problem. I had some blood tests done. I am insulin restent. I cut out all sugar n minimised my carbs. I ate protein when i was hungry. Those cravings went away. Pls check ur insulin levels n also do a glucose intolence test. It could change ur life.
