Went to the Phillies game today. Had a great time at a true American pastime. Had an intense craving for Graham Slam Ice Cream. Any Phillies fans out there, or Mid-Atlantic residents know what I'm talking about. Split the pint with my best friend and her mom so was able to control the portion. Overall great day. Hoping for a loss this week, doing well on exercise. Look toward the future and continuing to work on my goal is making the rest of the stuff happening right now feel a little less intense. Hope everyone has a great and happy 4th!
