Happy Friday Buddies:
I am having a weird sort of carb craving day! I have not craved carbs since I started LCHF so not sure what is going on today.
Yesterday, my husband had yellow rice with his dinner - I ate maybe two tablespoons! Yikes! Can that small amount of carbs trigger a craving?
I have been very good at not eating any grains or dairy; and not at all eating any added sugar or other stuff. Yesterday was the first time!
I didn't log the rice - but looked and saw it added 10 carbs - which still had me only at 30 net carbs for the day!
Fortunately, I did a great workout this morning - and always log all my food. I need to keep today at a dull roar!
