If I can work out twice a day three days a week i think i can get that goal soon!!!

I am also going to work hard to eat better. If there is something i want to eat thats bad for me I think i will eat the organic version. I've already discovered a few things that are USDA Organic that are quite tasty and with lower sodium than the bad for you version. Its time to put this in to practice..
