ate healthy, skipped breakfast but had some snacks and wine at night. Still way under on my calories but I am wondering if the normal day to day activity is really burning 1500 to 1700 calories without exercise.
123.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
