No sugar, no salt, all veggies-started adding various vinegar's
while cooking.
PB-2 is a peanut butter powder you mix with water. Only 90 calories
for 2 tblsp.
No meat, pork (for years now) and no chicken within the last year.
90.0 lb Lost so far: 107.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.1 lb a week
