The GD number on my GD scale has not been going down, but I have lost a percentage point or two of body fat. Woot woot! Down to from 21.something% to 19.8% fat and up to 33.5% lean muscle mass, according to one gym.
I should go back and retest at my other gym that had me at 22% fat awhile back. My guess is that I should be close to 20% fat by their measurement.
