22again's Journal, 18 February 2015

I got down to 137 eating better carbs and watching sugat, but then went off the diet. Valentine's weekend indulgence equals back to square one. Today is the first day of Lent and I am contemplating what to give up.
139.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
