Up bright and early for morning walk with neighbors and baby. Its beginning to warm up even early so might switch to early evening walks. I have ABWA luncheon and have already decided what I'm eating - we go to Picidilly so I know their menu - having a garden salad, jello and small dinner roll. Might also have salad again tonight with chicken - I'll have to get John to make it for me

Just ended up having a garden salad, with grapes, 1 ww string cheese, cranraisins, slivered almonds. Snack about 9pm - Activia yogurt with all bran. Another good day, we'll see what my weight is tomorrow.
