Still feeling brutalized from the lifting last night - was sweating, tossing and turning in bed all night long. Managed to get ab workout in this morning, but I'm not feeling too chipper....
153.4 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
