I have already lost alot of weight and I have been actively working on my goals. I have of late not been watching what I was eatting due to a crazy schedule and not being at home to cook for myself. I have decided to recommit to myself to try harder to watch what I am taking in and count calories. I would really like to at my goal weight by the end of summer.
