Update

I walked for about 45 minutes. We were gone for an hour but after stopping to talk to friends and waiting for cars, and the dog to get untangled. It was more like 45 minutes of walking. We live on one side of the highway and the town is on the other side of the highway so it is a task with two kids and a dog to get to the part of town where they can ride their bikes. I think next time we will put the bikes in the back of the truck and drive to the church and walk from there. Probably much safer and less stress on my nerves. But in that 45 minutes we managed to go 2 miles. Tomorrow is our Fourth Fest night so I know I will get some exercise in tomorrow just chasing the kids around and walking back and forth from the park.

My garden is doing fairly well, I have two plants that may not make it. I don't know if it is heat or child related. I can't wait to get some tomatoes. My mother in law brings fresh vegetables every time we see her.

I had a yogurt for breakfast, have no clue about lunch and dinner yet. I need to get the church cleaned today, with the holiday this weekend I am not going to want to do that then. That will probably be all of my exercise for today unless it cools down where I can get outside. We are putting the kids in another session of swim lessons and hopefully they can advance pretty quickly this time around. They are doing really good but you can tell they haven't been around water very much. I am hoping to start buying school supplies this week. John asked me last night what I was doing with my paycheck. I was wondering when that would come. Well I think I figured it pretty much spent so he won't take what's left over. Well you guys have a Terrific Thursday!
