Haven't bee great at following my own rules lately but I'm trying to get back on the wagon this week. Still hoping to reach my goal of 175 by my son's first birthday (July 14th). Was hoping to reach it by my birthday at the end of the month but realistically I don't think that will happen. Oh well, who needs a deadline? As long as the scale keeps going in the right direction, I'll get there when I get there :) New rules for this week: Minimum 30 mins exercise daily 1 meal replaced by Boost per day No ice cream!!!
I might add more alter but for now those are my goals for the week.
