Finally saw a tiny budge in the numbers this morning...a .5 lb loss on day four. Yes. Now maybe I can stop obsessing and wait until my weekly weigh in to get back on the scales. Had some problem with hunger yesterday, will have to proceed cautiously and pay more attention to which foods seem to hold me over and which ones don't. I joined the 10 lb challenge, and starting today I will push to do 30 minutes of activity each day...not easy to do because of health problems, but should be able to at least walk. Don't really have a food plan today, but it's probably going to consist of leftovers from the past few days...broiled chicken tenders or broiled tilapia.
