i'm working on it at least holding my own i'm not upset with my self ,I just have to control my snacking at night ????????? 2/14/2015
245.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
