I'm going to have more time for cardio with my teaching job slowing down. Soon,it will be summer and I will have more time to prepare healthy foods and to workout out.
105.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
