I have been avoiding posting my weight. I have had a major set back but I am doing much better today. I even started exercising again. I started riding a bicycle. The best and most fun form of exercise. I have faith I can do this. My goal weight is going to change too. Thank you God for giving me a chance to make things right...
173.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
