Lately its been so hard dealing with food. I went to the Dr. back in December & my A1C was a 14.1. So now I'm on insulin, 2 pills(metformin & invokana) a pill for cholesterol & back on a small dose of high blood pressure medicine. I've been trying to cut down on eating so much sugar which has been my biggest problem. I do pretty good when I'm @ work but when I get home my snacking is out of control. I don't have the motivation to get back into the gym but you would think getting my health back in order would be a good one. I'm gonna try to start Monday to get back to they gym. Maybe if I had a workout buddy that would make it easier. Time to get myself in order!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
