been feeling a little off this week emotionally so happy with the loss. today is a huge re feed I feel like my body needs a quick carb reboot to get out of the doldrums. BMI=34.4, body fat%=41.2, muscle%=41.2, visceral fat=9
200.6 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
