I am FEELING THE BURN! I forgot I had hamstrings until I did my first pilates move tonight. It was excruciating. I worked out my legs last night and I guess that's why it hurt so bad. My whole body feels like it's screaming. That pilates kicked my butt harder than most workouts. I have this kit from Bally's that has 2 weighted balls and resistance bands. Hopefully I will get some good sleep tonight!

:) I friggin' love Pilates! Normally, when I do Pilates it doesn't hurt nearly as bad as the next day, so good luck with that! But, seriosly, the best way to make the soreness go away, is to workout some more! Keep it up!

awesome! Pilates kicks my butt. Looked so easy when I bought the kit in the store, MAN IS IT HARDER THAN IT LOOKS!!! I agree with perra, work out that soreness, it will be worth it.

Thank you both! I dont feel that bad today surprisingly! I am definitely going to continue the pilates. I love the exercise channel. The have every workout you can imagine so I watch them to see which ones I have the equipment for and then either record them or do them using ondemand. It's my time of month though so I am wondering if that is having anything to do with my lack of weight loss. I have been eating between 1200-1400 cals and exercising every day so I don't know why I am stuck.
