It's been a long time since I have been sore from working out. I did two yoga workouts yesterday and a 30 min Walk away the pounds dvd. One of the yoga workouts was a little different. It started with a yoga pose then went into strength exercise with some weights. For example you go into plank pose and you have hand weights and lift each arm ap and down for a min. There were 8 poses and you did three reps each. Did not care for it at the time b/c I was wanting a actual yoga workout but now that I am sore and I also have the oether one to do with it I may just have to keep it up for a while. I am still looking for a good intermediate hour long yoga to do and I think I found one I just have to order it. My husband went out and got me the 6 week Jullian Michael abs workout and a yoga mat!! I was sooo excited and can't wait to try them out. Lol, it was a I'm sorry for being a ass gift but I will take it just the same. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Great job on the workout! The weights one sounds like it will help you tone.
