After the 3lb drop earlier this week I wasn't surprised at the essentially flat number. I think mentally preparing for it made it less disappointed. Just have to keep on going now and break 280 soon.
281.5 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 81.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
