I walked 9+ miles yesterday around the track. At home, I felt bad cuz earlier that day, the scale had read 169, and now it read 170.5 I thought, "you can't lose them all" and I was losing weight too fast to be true anyway.

So imagine my delight when this morning I woke up and the scale was in the 167.5 range? And after my 3-mile morning walk (although I know it's mostly water) 166.7! That's so awesome :) I <3 cardio.

Also South Beaching healthily. I'm cheating on Phase 1 with cherries, but they're so good. And with the exercise, I guess I need some carbs :)

Just a helpful tip! You will do even better if you can make it through Phase I without the fruit. Then putting the fruit back into your diet GRADUALLY will be beneficial. I know what you mean about loving the taste of those cherries! Keep the faith!
